We are going on Day 13 of my internet (and phone and cable) provider being completely inept. For 13 days now we have had sporadic phone service. As for our internet, it works a bit slower than dial up used to. My kids are going nuts here! They have no idea how slow is used to be. My daily hour and a half phone calls to the provider have finally gotten me somewhere. The regional manager has no given me his full name and direct line. I am so beyond fed up at this point.
